It was a modern place, had very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The location was excellant and perfect close to center. What's more, it was close to Bus station, cafes, and the tube and beautiful Kensington Gardens. Last time we stopped we had a compact, neat room in her wheelchair.

Loved this modern and perfect hotel, easy to find, with knowledgeable staff from check-in to check-out. The room I stayed in was brand-new and complete with great views, shower completely in the open, balloons. Lots of food for breakfast, which was decent to satisfy everyone. The venue has comfortable location short walk to NHG tube station, and Notting Hill. Notting Hill district was worth exploring👍❤

The bar serves really good craft cocktails that are a perfect unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did not replace the bedsheets during my entire three-night stay.

I loved that the hotel fulfilled my request to have my room and my dad's room close together, even if his had the better view, haha! They offered a free drink instead of cleaning our rooms during our 2-night stay, super thoughtful and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful bar area. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the electronic check-in was a bit impersonal for my taste, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 🍹

Families will love this place
The bar was great and drinks were immaculate, just what you need after a long day of work or family errands. The staff were cute, and even helped us out with some laundry after a muddy outing.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still reasonable for the comfort provided.
